Jim's Automotive shop was originally founded in 1996 by Jim and Joann Molek. Jim's Auto was originally formed in Hudson, Ohio. As a child, Jim was always tinkering around with small engines, go karts, and tractors. As a young teenager at the age of 13, he turned his attention to automobile repair and worked at his brother Joe's service station. Jim quickly learned the value of automobiles and learned how the right care and perfomance of any car or truck. As a young adult, Jim worked as a mechanic for a local service station, he then went on to further educate himself as he worked for another local repair shop in his hometown. For eleven years, this is where Jim was educated and tought how to service and repair automobiles. After many years working in his hometown, Jim and his wife Joann decieded to move to Stow, Ohio. He has been a resident of Stow since 1986. He then worked for a local service station. While working there, Jim and Joann started a towing service known as J&J Towing in 1994,and expanded to a full service repair facilty in 1996, known as Jim's Automotive Shop. In 1999, they moved the business back to Stow at 4660 Darrow Rd. In 2002, they moved next door to 4646 Darrow Rd. where they now currently operate under 6500 Sq ft. Since moving into the building, they have been able to provide better service.

Today they currently have 6 technicians and 2 service writers. Since 1996, Jim's has been providing excellent service and offering outstanding value to all of our customers. Jim's Automotive continues to provide the highest quality of service that they can.
